|1||red bell pepper, halved lengthwise and seeded|

|1/4 cup||light mayonnaise|
|2 tablespoons||onion, grated|
|1 tablespoon||fresh lemon juice|
|1 teaspoon||curry powder|
Pulse cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Add mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, curry powder, and garlic powder; process until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until flavors are blended, at least 15 minutes.
To serve, spoon the dip into each bell pepper half.
