Keeping track of your blood sugar levels
When you keep good blood sugar records, you and your diabetes care team can make the best possible decisions about your diabetes care plan. You can keep track of your results in a logbook or diary or even in your meter.
Many meters have computer programs that allow you to download your blood sugar results. Check with your diabetes care team to find out more. You can also keep a record of your blood sugar results online using the interactive Blood Sugar Diary on this site.
